Culmina is a new project of Don Triggs in the Okanagan Valley and in the region termed “The Golden Mile Bench” for its unique terroir.  They selected particular sites with the assistance of Bordeaux winemakers before planting a single vine and the result is already paying off in the early years.  I cannot imagine how exceptional these wines will be with some more age on the vines.  For now consider these wines good value as I think they will be going up over the coming years googletest.

Tasting Notes: medium colour, fresh acidity, good complexity that comes with a blend of Bordeaux grapes, ripe strawberry with watermelon on the mid palate, hints of dried herb, strong minerality
