This is a classic Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc from Torraine.  Exactly what I look for in Sauvignon Blanc as it has a little more complexity and elegance on the winemaking end.  This wine is beautifully balanced.  It integrates fruit, acidity, texture and alcohol so that no one element overpowers the other.

Tasting Notes: Citrus and tropical fruit, slight smokiness, strong mineral presence and herbaceous (bell pepper). Very dry with a fresh acidity.
