Joe Dobbes makes his mark in the Oregon Pinot market between Jovino, Wines by Joe and Dobbes Family Estate but this and particular wine is a favorite.  It is light and elegant with beautifully lifted aromatics.  I can’t get my nose out of the glass!  There is fresh acidity to go along with great red fruits and a touch of a medicinal quality. Think of this one the next time you carve a turkey!

Tasting Notes: Light red fruits on the palate with cherry and cranberry dominating the front palate.  Good acidity and freshness in the mid palate keep my attention and the finish gives fresh herbal notes.
