Lunessence – Pinot Blanc/Oraniensteiner – 2016

This is a really unique wine.

Pinot Blanc is crisp and fresh with a very distinct fruit forward nature and Oraniensteiner is a German grape used in sparkling wines.  Since Pinot Blanc is a low acid grape the Oraniensteiner helps to amp it up a bit.  This wine is definitely about the fruit and on the palate, you will get a combination of pear, peach and a hint of orange.

Lunessence has a pretty tasting room where you might get Michelle to sing you a classical piece while you taste.  They also play classical music to the vines to make sure the vines get that harmonious vibe!
